We are pleased to inform you that registration for the PhD scholarship in Russia is now open for the academic year 2025-2026.

This program is intended for students enrolled in the second year of the Master’s degree in the current academic year 2024-2025, who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in Russia.

File:

• Written application (containing a passport photo + phone number + email).
• A copy of the baccalaureate certificate.
• A copy of the transcripts.
• A copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate.
• Certificate of ranking during the first four years of study (a special form signed by the dean of the college).
• Five-star certificate (a special form signed by the dean of the college).

Date and place of submitting files:

Files are submitted to the Vice-Rectorate of the University for External Relations, no later than Monday, November 4, 2024.
