We are pleased to inform you that applications for a PhD scholarship in Azerbaijan for the 2025-2026 academic year are now open.
Application Requirements:
1. The student must be registered for the 2024-2025 academic year in the second year of a Master’s degree (M2), the fifth year of engineering, or the third year of the second cycle of a higher education program.
2. The student must have a TOEFL certificate.
3. The student must be among the top students in their class (Major de promotion).
Application Requirements:
1. A copy of the “Top Student in Class” certificate issued by the pedagogical officer.
2. Copies of registration certificates for the five years of the university program.
3. Copies of transcripts for the first four years of the program.
4. A “5-Star” certificate.
5. A copy of the TOEFL certificate.
Application files must be submitted to the Vice-Directorate of the University for External Relations, Office No. 26, no later than April 22, 2025.
