Activities of the information day regarding Ministerial Decree No. 205, concerning the university student-athlete: their rights and obligations.

As part of an information week, the Institute for the Management of Urban Techniques organized an information day on Monday, October 19, 2026, concerning Ministerial Decree No. 205, which outlines the rights and obligations of university student-athletes. The event served as an opportunity to highlight the importance of university sports and to encourage students to join clubs and discover their athletic, scientific, and cultural talents. On this occasion, the Director of the Institute, Professor Ali Radjem, welcomed the officials and distinguished guests in attendance, including: Mr. Amer Hamlaoui, Director of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (STAPS); Mr. Abdelkader Lagraa, Sub-Director for Scientific, Cultural, and Sports Activities; and Mr. Rabah Bounar, Dean of the Faculty.
