The activities of the Job Search Club training session concluded on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The session lasted for three days and was organized by the National Employment Agency in M’sila in collaboration with the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of M’sila.
This training enabled graduating students to acquire the essential skills needed to facilitate access to and effective integration into the labor market. The training was supervised by qualified trainers from the National Employment Agency in M’sila.
The program included a series of practical workshops and theoretical presentations focusing on:
- Job search techniques and methods
- Identifying a personal career project
- Understanding labor market requirements
- Training for job interviews through realistic simulations of potential scenarios
This initiative falls within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the employment and higher education sectors, with the aim of supporting university students in building their career paths and encouraging a spirit of initiative and innovation.
The closing session also included honoring the head of the provincial employment branch and the advisors who supervised the training. Certificates were awarded to the students who participated in the training session.
