Within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Elias Zerhouni Foundation, and the Foundation for the Promotion of Health and Development of Research (FOREM), the Center for Technology and Innovation in Virtual Education Systems (TIVES) was inaugurated on June 8, 2026, at the Sidi Abdellah Technology Park.
This center focuses on research and development in new methods of virtual higher education, primarily relying on advanced artificial intelligence applications and learning management platforms. Its core mission is to build multidisciplinary teams of researchers, professors, and engineers to train and support Algerian professors and students across the country in various disciplines, from life sciences to physical sciences.

Employment will be either through direct appointment or secondment.
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must be university professors, permanent researchers, or PhD holders with experience in the public or private sector in building successful teams and programs with tangible results.
Submission of a motivational letter accompanied by a curriculum vitae (no more than two pages) highlighting expertise in the required fields, professional background, and notable achievements.
