Due to the numerous inquiries received by the Business Incubator at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’Sila regarding the registration process on the project idea registration platform, particularly concerning graduation theses in the “Economic Enterprise” format (as per Decree 008), we are providing this concise guide outlining the essential steps for a smooth and successful registration process.
First: How to Access the Platform
Access is done using the same steps as accessing the student portal, and relies on:
Student ID Number
The RFID code on the back of the ID card
Note: Logging in through the student’s personal account is mandatory to begin registration.
Second: Completing Personal Information (Mandatory Step)
After logging in, the student must complete their profile by:
Entering their personal phone number
Entering their email address (using a university email is recommended)
Uploading a clear personal photo
Project registration cannot proceed until this step is completed.
Third: Project Idea Registration
After completing your personal information, you can register your project by:
Entering the project title and idea summary
Choosing the appropriate field for your project idea
Fourth: Managing the Team via the Platform
The platform allows you to create a project team, where you can: be the project leader
Invite team members via the platform
Fifth: Submitting a Supervision Request to the Professor
The system allows you to submit a supervision request directly through the platform by:
Entering the professor’s email address in the supervision request field
Easily tracking the request status and responses
Sixth: Follow-up and Updates
Regularly check your university email
You will be notified of interview dates, evaluation sessions, or requests for further work
