Awareness Day on Quality Management and ISO 9001 Standards at the Faculty of Arts and Languages

As part of promoting a culture of quality and improving institutional performance, an awareness day on quality management and ISO 9001 standards was organized on Wednesday morning, January 14, 2026, at 9:30 AM in the Malik Ibn Nabi Hall at the Faculty of Arts and Languages. The event was held for faculty members and staff.

The meeting was held under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Henni Lakhdar, with the participation of Professor Qana Hussein, Head of the Quality Unit at the University level, and Professor Saker, Head of the Quality Unit at the Faculty.

The presentations covered the fundamental concepts of quality management, highlighting the importance of adopting ISO 9001 standards in improving administrative performance, ensuring the quality of services, and enhancing efficiency within university institutions. The meeting also included an interactive discussion with the attendees, during which opinions were exchanged and various concerns were raised regarding the application of quality standards in the university environment, in order to contribute to improving administrative and pedagogical work.
