Convening of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf – M’Sila.

In an extraordinary session, attended by the members of the Scientific Council and fellow social partners, a productive and rational discussion was held regarding Executive Decree No. 345 concerning short-term international mobility.

The discussion focused particularly on short-term internships for level improvement within the framework of the special program established by the Ministry of Higher Education, specifically the “English Language” initiative. The debate was highly responsible and fruitful, aligning with the general trend toward enhancing the quality of scientific research and pedagogical training through the use of English. This initiative also aims to keep pace with the latest developments in international scientific publishing in English.
