
Feasibility Study for Funding Joint Research Projects between the University of M’sila and Sonatrach
As part of the university’s initiative to open up to its socio-economic environment, the University of M’sila has been engaged since January 10, 2024, in in-depth consultations with the national company Sonatrach. The goal is to propose the establishment of joint projects funded by Sonatrach’s General Directorate for Research and Development, focusing on specific research areas within a well-defined thematic network that aligns with the objectives and challenges of the Algerian state.
A delegation from Sonatrach, led by Mr. Benamara Mostafa, the Central Director of Research and Development, was received by the University’s Rector, Professor Ammar Boudlala, along with his vice-rectors. The delegation reviewed project proposals offering promising solutions for several key sectors that require enhancement through modern technologies to improve their performance. These projects were discussed and approved for submission to Sonatrach’s Scientific Council for deliberation and endorsement.
