Handover process for the position of Joint Base Commander

On October 28, 2026, under the supervision of the Institute Director, Professor Ali Radjem, a formal handover of duties took place between the outgoing Head of the Common Core Department, Mr. Bachir Fayed, and his successor, Mr. El-Madani Hedjab. The proceedings were attended by Dr. Walid Aarab, Director of Studies, and Dr. Fateh Toufik Ben Aissa, Head of the Construction Project Management Department. The transition was conducted in an excellent atmosphere, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the continuity of operations and the smooth management of the department’s affairs. We wish the new Head every success in his role as he continues the path of contribution and achievement in service to the department and its students. We also extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the outgoing Head for all his efforts.
