
Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila Holds Fourth Consultative Workshop on University Life as Part of Its Strategic Plan
As part of the preparation of the Strategic Plan for Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila for the 2026-2030 period, the fourth consultative workshop dedicated to the strategic pillar of university life was held on the morning of Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Ibn al-Haytham Grand Lecture Hall at the university campus, under the supervision of the Deputy Director for Scientific Research, Professor Mahmoud Hasbaia, on behalf of University Director Professor Ammar Boudlaa.
The workshop saw wide participation, including the University’s Deputy Directors, Deans of Faculties and Directors of the two Institutes, Head of the Quality Assurance Cell Dr. Hocine Gana, Coordinator of the Strategic Plan Committee Dr. Iman Cherit, Dr. Karima Belkacem, member of the Quality Cell, staff from the University Medical Center and the Psychological Support Center, Directors of University Services (Mr. Said Wali and Mr. Abdelkader Tallah) along with their staff, in addition to social partners from faculty and worker unions, representatives of faculty and administrative staff, as well as student representatives, notably international students whose participation was particularly notable.
The workshop focused on assessing various aspects of university life by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, covering areas such as:
- Improving information, communication, and guidance services.
- Developing accommodation, catering, and transportation services.
- Strengthening health and psychological support services.
- Promoting scientific, cultural, and sports activities.
- Activating listening and mentoring mechanisms for students.
The outcomes of this workshop contribute to building a more integrated university environment and enrich the content of the university’s strategic plan in its future dimensions.
