
Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila Launches Workshops to Develop Its Strategic Plan 2026-2030
On Monday, March 9, 2026, Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila launched workshops to develop its Strategic Plan for the 2026-2030 period, under the direct supervision of the University Director, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, and in the presence of the Deputy Directors, Deans of Faculties and their deputies, Heads of Departments, representatives of research laboratories and scientific councils, as well as representatives of faculty members and students.
These workshops are part of a participatory approach aimed at objectively assessing the university’s current situation by identifying its strengths and weaknesses, along with the opportunities and threats it faces, in preparation for building a unified strategic vision that will shape the institution’s upcoming phase.
The event focused on the first strategic pillar related to academic training, through two complementary workshops:
- The first workshop, chaired by the Deputy Director for Pedagogy, Professor Noureddine Chikouche, addressed training at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, covering the alignment of specializations with labor market needs, the quality of academic programs, and enhancing graduate employability.
- The second workshop, chaired by Deputy Director Professor Mahmoud Hasbaia, addressed Doctoral-level training, covering the quality of scientific supervision, research ethics, and support for innovation and research entrepreneurship.
This consultative process continues within the participatory approach adopted by the university leadership to build its strategic plan with the active involvement of all members of the university community.
