The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that it has received an offer of a doctoral scholarship from the League of Arab States, represented by the Institute of Arab Manuscripts, for those wishing to pursue a doctoral program in the field of manuscript studies.
This scholarship targets a number of groups interested in the field of manuscript heritage, particularly university library staff, faculty members, students, graduates from various colleges and universities, as well as anyone interested in the field of manuscript heritage.
