We are pleased to announce the opening of registration for the PhD scholarship in Russia for the academic year 2025-2026.
This program is dedicated to students currently enrolled in the second year of a Master’s degree in the academic year 2024/2025, who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in Russia.

Required Documents:
- A written application (including a photo, phone number, and email address)
- A copy of the Baccalaureate diploma
- A copy of academic transcripts
- A copy of the Bachelor’s degree
- A ranking certificate for the first four years of study (special form signed by the Dean of the Faculty)
- A “Five-Star Certificate” (special form signed by the Dean of the Faculty)
Submission Date and Location:
Files should be submitted to the University Vice-Rectorate for External Relations no later than Monday, November 4, 2024.
