Romania Scholarship 2026-2027 for Master’s and PhD

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for scholarships offered by the Romanian government to Algerian students for the 2026-2027 academic year at the Master’s and PhD levels.

The scholarships cover various disciplines available at Romanian universities, with the exception of: Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy.

3. How to Apply

Registration is exclusively through the following online platform: https://studyinromania.gov.ro

Select the “Apply for MFA scholarships” option, follow the registration steps, and upload the application file.

4. Application Deadline

The deadline for submitting applications via the platform is March 31, 2026.
