
Scientific Council of Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila Approves the Institution’s Strategic Plan 2026-2030
The Scientific Council of Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila held its regular session for the 2025-2026 academic year on Monday, June 29, 2026, chaired by the University Director, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, in the presence of the Scientific Council members.
The approval of the institution’s Strategic Plan for the 2026-2030 period stood at the center of this session, where the plan’s key areas were presented and its objectives and implementation indicators were discussed, before the Council unanimously approved it as the roadmap that will shape the university’s upcoming phase in training, scientific research, and institutional governance.
This strategic plan falls within a comprehensive vision aiming to:
- Enhance the quality of training and scientific research in line with international standards.
- Strengthen sound university governance principles and activate evaluation and follow-up mechanisms.
- Instill a culture of quality across the university’s various structures and departments.
- Support innovation and openness to the surrounding economic and social environment.
The session’s agenda also included other points complementing this strategic direction, most notably the study of the ISO 9001 quality management system adoption project, discussion of the third-cycle training plan, as well as files related to scientific research, scientific events, and academic mobility.
The holding of this session, along with the strategic approvals it included, reflects Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila’s commitment to continuing the implementation of its development vision, thereby enhancing its standing both nationally and internationally and keeping pace with the rapid developments in higher education and scientific research.
