During the meeting, participants examined several key aspects of internal auditing, including:
The conceptual and theoretical framework of internal auditing.
The procedures governing the implementation of internal audits.
The identification and sequencing of the different stages of the audit process.
The essential qualities and professional competencies of an effective internal auditor.
The professional conduct, methods, and techniques associated with internal auditing.
Following the presentation, an open discussion was held, allowing members of the Sub-Unit to exchange views, share insights, and put forward suggestions concerning the topics addressed. The discussion was characterized by positive engagement and constructive interaction, enabling participants to consolidate their understanding and acquire further knowledge and practical skills related to the Internal Audit System.
The meeting concluded with sincere thanks and appreciation to all members of the Sub-Unit for their attendance and active participation. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Tahar Fali, the Institute’s Website Administrator.
Special recognition and gratitude are extended to Professor Amer Hamlawi, Director of the Institute, for his continued efforts and for providing the necessary resources and support to enable the Sub-Unit for Quality Assurance to carry out its responsibilities effectively and achieve its strategic objectives to the highest possible standards.
