
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Announces the Official Launch of Third-Cycle Doctoral Training from Boumerdes University
This morning, under the supervision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Baddari, the official launch of third-cycle (PhD) training was held at M’Hamed Bougara University of Boumerdes. The event was attended by officials from the ministry, university directors, professors, and doctoral students from Boumerdes University.
Simultaneously, and as part of the nationwide event, Professor Mahmoud Hesbaia, Deputy Director of the University of M’sila, presided over the official launch of third-cycle doctoral training at the University of M’sila on behalf of the university’s rector, Professor Ammar Boudlaa. The event was attended by:

- Deputy Director for Foresight, Professor Aaid Lamine

On this occasion, Professor Mahmoud Hesbaia renewed his welcome to the newly admitted students, wishing them success in their academic journey. He also shared some relevant information about this cycle and called on continuing students to redouble their efforts to complete their dissertations, thus paving the way for the opening of more academic positions next year.
This launch was simultaneously celebrated across all universities nationwide, in parallel with the official launch held at Boumerdes University under the supervision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamel Baddari.
