Call for applications for the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship

This program is designed for high-achieving students (maximum 3 students per specialization) enrolled during the 2025-2026 academic year in their third year of undergraduate studies (L3) or second year of Master’s studies (M2/Ing 5), respectively, who are pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree.

As a reminder, the deadline for online registration on the Stipendium platform is January 15, 2026. Candidates who have completed their online registration (a copy of their Stipendium Hungaricum registration confirmation is required), along with the attached ODS file, must have it completed by their institution. Applications must be submitted before February 1, 2027, exclusively via the online application platform: http://cruest2.univ-setif.dz

The application file must include the following:

1. Application form

2. Proof of online registration on the Stipendium application platform

3. Copy of the selection report

4. A handwritten statement from the applicant explaining their motivation for this program, endorsed by their supervisor

5. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript

6. For PhD applications: Proof of registration/re-registration for all five years of undergraduate study

For Master’s applications: Proof of registration/re-registration for all three years of undergraduate study

For PhD applications: Transcripts for the first four years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4) at universities, university centers, or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, and 2ASC graduate studies.

For Master’s applications: Transcripts for the first two years of study (L1 and L2).
