Call for applications for scholarships in Azerbaijan
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an invitation to apply for a scholarship program
from DCEU University in Azerbaijan, aimed at preparing for a doctoral degree. A maximum of one student will be selected, and they must be enrolled in the M2/Ing5 program during the 2025-2026 academic year.
The selected candidate’s application must be submitted exclusively through the platform: cruest2.univ-setif.dz no later than 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
The application file must include the following:

Proof of registration/re-registration for all five years of university study
Transcripts for the first four years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for undergraduates and university centers, or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for graduate studies). The student’s cumulative GPA must be at least 14/20.

A copy of the first page of the passport
9 A medical certificate (HIV/AIDS test, hepatitis B/C test) issued within the last three months. Proof of English language proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 (or TOEFL score of 50).
Note: The candidate’s documents must be accompanied by official English translations.
