
Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila Launches the Implementation Phase of Its Strategic Plan 2026-2030
The Director of Mohamed Boudiaf University of M’sila, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, chaired a special coordination meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to launch the implementation phase of the university’s Strategic Plan 2026-2030, in the presence of the Deputy Directors, Deans of Faculties, Directors of the two Institutes, the Coordinator of the Strategic Plan Preparation Committee Dr. Iman Cherit, and the Head of the University’s Central Quality Assurance Cell Dr. Hocine Gana.
The meeting was dedicated to defining the practical mechanisms needed to translate the strategic plan’s objectives into reality on the ground, and to monitoring the technical performance indicators related to its implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from the conceptual phase to actual execution.
The meeting resulted in a detailed roadmap built around two main pillars:
- Accelerating digital governance and generalizing digitalization across the university’s various structures.
- Activating quality assurance mechanisms and ensuring pedagogical and administrative performance complies with adopted standards.
At the close of the meeting, attendees emphasized the need for continuous monitoring of the strategic plan’s projects through digital dashboards, ensuring the desired effectiveness is achieved and enhancing the university’s visibility at both the national and international levels.
