The Director of the Institute of Urban Techniques Management, Professor Rajem Ali, and the Deputy Director for Postgraduate Studies, Mr. Hadj Hafsi Lahcen, along with the administrative staff including department heads, employees, professors, and a large gathering of institute students, inaugurated the event. The students welcomed the idea and enjoyed the activities offered, including chess, city activities, and art, where they were given the opportunity to express their ideas through drawing, whether structured or spontaneous.
