The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it has received a communication from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad indicating that the Saudi side has announced the provision of long-term free educational scholarships for Algerian students in various available specializations at Saudi universities for doctoral studies under the program “Study in Saudi Arabia.”
